Make Money Renting A Room, Space, Anything

We’re getting desperate with this one.

But who cares, I want this list to be comprehensive and all encompassing.

Okay, so what we’re talking about here is doing things like renting a spare room on Air B & B or renting a spare car space etc.

This sounds mental to start with, but if you live in a high-density location you can get enough money to make it worth it…I think.

Also, this sort of passive income idea can spur you on to make big life changes.

At one point I seriously thought about ditching my car since I live inner city, and renting out the space to a local office worker for say $40 a week (equivalent cost of parking around here is $12 a day, minimum).

So I guess this option is really for those of us with enough spare space and most importantly, enough hunger!  I’ll get back to the keyboard I think.

PS the more inventive you get the better.  For example, you could make an agreement with a farmer to rent a plot of land near the beach, and then you set it up as a camping site for RVs, campers etc, and rent out the space – a subletting kind of setup.

Your hard work is obviously getting people to find out about it and having someone there to manage the joint.  But hey, upfront work for ongoing payment is the secret behind every single real passive income stream I know.
