People spend months searching the Internet for answers to “How can I make passive income?”. Unfortunately the average blog post simply contains a few D grade ideas, and that’s about it.
To save you the precious time, I spent around 40 hours researching and writing this epic article on the 43 Best Passive Income Streams & Opportunities. This is the all-in-one article I wish I had when I was getting started with my first passive income business all those years ago.
So many readers have asked me “How do you invest your money?”. And so I’ve shared my thoughts on building a smartly diversified portfolio for long term returns. Of course, this is great when you have a large capital base and 30-40 year time horizon. For example if you are compounding at just 5-10% but doing it over 40 years and from a large starting base, plus you are topping it up monthly with new funds, you can enjoy ridiculous returns.
But what about everyone else with lower capital bases, less time and the desire for potential higher returns? Well, that’s where one of my specific investing strategies may be of interest. It’s an approach favored by some of the world’s best investors – even Warren loves it – and I explain it in plain English here #1 Way I Invest for High Returns. I think you’ll love it!
Oh this is gold! I always loved Tim Ferriss’s case study posts where he would go through businesses that have successfully executed their idea and are earnings $1000s a month in passive (or semi-passive) income.
When you read these stories you get inspired! Not just in a “Oh, if he can do it, so can I” way, but in a “What he did to GMAT prep, I could do for management consulting case interviews” kind of way. Hello derivational ideas!! It shouldn’t surprise you then, that 88 Successful Passive Income Case Studies may just be the most popular article on this site.
I loved compiling this resource, because it solved one of my biggest pains personally – ie trying to see at a glance who’s killing it online, how they’re doing it and in what niche.
Previously you would have to Google for hours to find all this information, and even then you could never really remember who’s who and how they all compare.
